My published portfolio

When I am not busy rewilding my soul in some densely forested woods or set of frothy ocean waves, you can find me writing for the Global Landscapes Forum. I work as their editorial assistant, happily researching, editing and writing pieces about conservation, sustainability and holistic land management. I have also written and published pieces for EcoAgriculture Partners, Forbes, The Trek, The Daily Tar Heel, The Lake Oswego Review and Trails Magazine.

La Niña: A brief respite from the climate crisis?

Global temperatures impact us more than we like to think. The spread of disease, the ability to grow foods, and the stability of cities are all dependent on our climate, and this year La Niña takes the reigns.

Here are a few of my latest stories

Fueling the flames: The fire feedback loop

Wildfires rage all over the world and the longer they burn, the more greenhouse gases they emit, further leading to hot, dry conditions that enable yet even bigger fires... aka the fire feedback loop.
